Camilla Prowse joined OTS Solicitors immigration department in 2017.
She graduated from the University of Plymouth in Law LLB (Hons). She is currently studying a Masters of Law and Legal Practice Course at the University of Law, Bloomsbury which she is due to complete in 2018.
Camilla has experience in a variety of Immigration cases including:
Camilla is qualified under the Law Society's Immigration and Asylum Accreditation Scheme as a Level 2 Senior Caseworker. She also holds an enhanced DBS which allows her to work with unaccompanied Asylum seeking minors and vulnerable clients including clients who have severe mental health problems and those who have been trafficked.
Camilla has conducted her own advocacy at the First Tier Immigration and Asylum Tribunal. She has also successfully instigated High Court challenges against the Home Office in unlawful delay cases including Home Offices failure to follow their own policy and a challenge to a restriction of access to public funds for a vulnerable mother
