could you please confirm that extended family members don't have rights to appeal against the refusal of EEA family permit? This has been recently figured out by the court and all the pending appeal also will affect with this law?

In the case of - Sala (EFMs: Right of Appeal) [2016] EFM’s, the judge in the Upper Tribunal did hold that extended family members of EEA nationals do not generally enjoy a right to appeal to the tribunal if the Home Office refuse their application for a Residence Card (or other documentation such as a Family Permit or Registration Card).
