Hi, I am Portuguese living in Uk for the last 10 years. I have been always working, but from February 2012 until December 2012 i claimed jobseekers allowance and housing benefits as my hours at work were reduced to 7.5 per week. I was also studying and finishing a part time graduation.
Now i went on maternity leave on December 2016 and i am supposed to come back to work in November 2017.
Am I still able to get permanent residency?
