Hi OTS team, I am in process of buying a bed& breakfast business investing £500k plus. The business is on going with 2019 pre-bookings in books already. I will be buying the business from the previous owner. I am currently in UK on tier 4 visa dependent and would like to apply tier 1 ENT from outside UK. Can you advice if this will be applicable for tier 1 visa under £200k route? Please advice.
