OTS Successful Application for ILR Premium Service at PEO Croydon Home Office

Our client, Mr C, a national of Mauritius sought our assistance in applying for settlement in the UK for him and his three dependants under the points based system.

Mr C wanted to make an application for settlement by attending Premium service appointment with the Home Office. Given that Home Office have to make a decision on the same day as the appointment we had to ensure that the client’s application was prepared accurately, meeting all the requirements under the relevant Immigration rules so that there could be no points of refusal.

Mr C had previously lost continuity of his stay in the UK due to the Home Office’s delay and a family emergency in his home country. He had re-entered the UK under a different route and was now eligible to apply for settlement. The Applicant was further assisted by us on the day of the appointment with the Home Office. The result was a successful grant of Indefinite Leave to Remain for him and his three dependants.
