We are seeking an experienced Immigration Solicitor that will be able to take on a case load immediately.
We have over 60 years of combined experience in Immigration and nationality law. The firm assists corporates and individuals on all Immigration law cases.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven Immigration Experience in the Areas Set Out Below
- Proven Management or Supervisor Experience
- Deliver Highest Level of Service to All Clients
- Client Following Preferred
- IAAS Level 2 Preferred
- Ideally Be Based In London or Willing To Travel To London Office
- Multilingual Preferred
- Good Legal Writing And Drafting Skills / IT And Microsoft Office Literate
- Remain Efficient and Productive Under Pressure
EXPERIENCE:
• Immigration [All types of Entry Clearance Visas, Further leave to remain and ILR]
• PBS [Tier 1 investor and Entrepreneur Visa , Tier 2, Tier 4, Tier 5, Sponsorship Licenses]
• Appeals [All types of Appeals at First Tier Tribunal and Upper Tribunal]
• Administrative Review
• EU Law [Residence Application, Family Permit, Settlement]
• Asylum [Pre-Asylum interview, Interview attendance, Fresh Claims]
• Human Rights [Article 8 and Article 3 Applications and Long residence]
• Nationality law [naturalisation application, UK Ancestry, British Passport]
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Undertake initial consultation
• Provide correct advice to clients
• Deal with all types of visa categories
• Advise, assess and collect relevant documents for Immigration process
• Submit successful applications to the Home Office or other relevant authorities
• Liaise closely with other fee earners in the team and clients
• Supervise junior members of the team
• Stay up-to-date with the latest relevant legislation and policy changes
• Undertake appeal work and representation at the IAC First Tier Tribunal
• Comply and deliver within set deadlines
• You will have the ability to supervise your own caseload as well as the ability to build a client base and develop the department
