Selena is a solicitor with over 8 years experience in Asylum, immigration, judicial review, applications under EU, deportation, removal, wills and probate and conveyancing. She has been described by her peers, including barristers she often works alongside with, as someone who is professional, extremely diligent, with an excellent eye for detail and a sound knowledge of the law.
Selena graduated from the University of Wales, Swansea in 2003 and completed her LPC at the College of Law, Guildford in 2004. Selena qualified as a solicitor in September 2007 and started out her career in Wills and Probate, residential conveyancing and commercial conveyancing.
Selena is accredited to level 2 of the Solicitors' Regulation Authority's Asylum and immigration Accreditation Scheme and as a Supervisor. She also has enhanced CRB which allows her to accept instructions from children

She also has substantial experience of judicial review applications and has reported cases in her name including experience of further leave to remain applications such as humanitarian protection, discretionary leave and representations based on Human Rights grounds.
