The client is a Tier 1 investor.

She instructed the firm after being refused an Indefinite Leave to Remain application due to allegedly failing to submit one piece of specified documentation.

We assessed this refusal and advised the client that the best route was to make a new application and provide adequate evidence.

This application was submitted and our client was successfully granted Indefinite Leave to Remain.
