I had been in UK with my family from 2002 till 2008 illegally after which we applied on humanitarian gounds which got accepted and recd ILR in 2010. We applied for British Citizenship 2 years back which got rejected on good character grounds as need to 10 years before can apply. I have now to apply in Dec 2019 but in the meantime, I opened a Ltd. company 6 months back which I am sole Director but has not worked well due to financial crunches and thinking of going into liquidation. We have stock of goods which we can arrange to send back to the suppliers and have cleared HMRC / VAT outstandings. However, would this liquidation in my name affect my application next year. Can you please revert back to me.
