I was on a tier 4 visa until last month when my leave was invalidated by the home office due to my husband been liable for removal from the UK. He had a separate pending application with the HO when we got married last year due to my pregnancy and we took permission from them to get married which was granted. Now his application was refused but was not in any way related to my visa. However they now invalidate my leave under section 10 of immigration laws which I wasn't aware of. My university has now withdrawn their sponsorship due to this issue after paying almost all the tuition and I was meant to complete next year. This has been very frustrating I've invested a lot in UK for my studies, I've lived here for almost 9 years recently had my son and had never broken any immigration law.
