Managing Partner, Mr Oshin Shahiean will be interviewed tonight on ITV News at 10pm
Founder and Managing Partner at OTS Solicitors, Mr Oshin Shahiean will be sharing his extensive experience and knowledge on Immigration law on tonight’s ITV News broadcast, which is to be aired at 10pm. The broadcast follows anger surrounding several individuals also known as the 'Windrush generation' that have been facing potential removal from the UK and in some cases interfrerence to their right to medical treatment, work and housing. The broadcast also follows the petition calling on the Home Office to reduce the high burden of proof required from Windrush generation settlers who arrived from the Caribbean in the UK as children.
OTS Solicitors continue to celebrate an outstanding record number of successful Indefinite Leave to Remain, Settlement, naturalisation, and British Citizenship cases. We are therefore delighted to share the feedback we receive from our clients about our legal services. This is another wonderful testimonial we just received for our the following memebers of our Immigration team; Jordana Adams, Malbora Shehu:
"OTS Solicitors were the answer to getting British Citizenship for myself and my 2 siblings through our Mother. This was not a straightforward case as she was actually born in Zimbabwe (her mother was British) and we were born in South Africa. However, due to her being naturalised before a certain date meant we could technically claim citizenship through her - we just didn't know how! I spent literal years trying to get this right, including several trips to the UK to speak to people at Home Office. OTS were able to get it done in a few months. A very big thank you to Jordana and Malbora who were very patient and very helpful and in the end got us full citizenship. I must also thank Smit, who met me on a tour (we were both on holiday) and was willing to chat about my quest into trying to get citizenship - one of the best meetings by chance ever."
