Before I Left Zimbabwe I Had Daughter Who Now 18 Years Old And Have Been Looked After Her Mum In

Before I left Zimbabwe I had a daughter who is now 18 years old and have been looked after by her mum. In 2015 I applied for a settlement visa for her to join me in UK. The visa was refused and they said that I had not shown that I was solely responsible for the upkeep of my daughter. I then appealed the case and I lost it and again the judge cited that I did not provide enough evidence to show that I had sole responsibility of my daughter. My question is that some of the evidence referred to by the judge is evidence I can actually provide and I feel that the lawyer who represented me overlooked some of the important evidence and his preparation and presentation was poor, is it possible to pursue this case or look at other alternatives. The appeal was decided on the 30/11/16.
