Can I appeal a visit visa refusal?
I applied for a standard visitor visa to the uk last month and was refused because I didn’t show evidence that my additional income is from a business. I then reapplied in a week later with an attestation letter from the companies I worked with on part time jobs. I am refused again that I did not explain the other credit to my account. I was not allowed to provide the explanation and have no right to appeal. What are the legal ways to resolve the issue?

Thank you for your enquiry.
You may need to make a fresh application which addresses the financial points of refusal. We would need to assess the merits and have sight of your documentation to determine which course of action to take. Please call 02039599123 or click here
