Dear OTS Solicitors,With regards to Tier 1 Investor visa (£2 million investment), we (husband & wife) originally from Saudi Arabia with a UK Multiple entry visa Type C. We travel to the UK as a visitor with our UK multiple entry visa as we have properties in the UK. Could we apply the Tier 1 visa with our current (other) St Kitts & Nevis passport? Could we submit the application (forms, passports, bank statements, payments etc) with all required documents when we are in the UK? Appreciate your comments with thanks.

We note your enquiry. In terms of applying from inside the UK, it is unfortunately not possible as you only hold visitor visas. You will need to apply from your country of long-term residence. Regarding your other question, we will contact you by email to address it.
