Dear Sirmadam Liberian Born Lady, Now Married And Naturized British, Wishes O Bring Her 6yr, Old
Dear Sir/Madam. A Liberian born lady, now married and naturized British, wishes o bring her 6yr, old grand-daughter to the UK for settlement/ and possible adoption. The girls father ( her son) now deseaced and the mother unable to take care of her. The child is presently in Ghana being looked after by friends of the grand-mother who has legal custody and supporting her financially. Which would be the most suitable paragraph under UK immigration law, (para 297) or (para 316A) to make a visa application. Regards, D. (a friend of the family)
