Hello, I'm an European citizen with a pre-settled status in the UK, I have a partner who is Tier 4 and we're going to have a child, can my baby get pre-settled status and can my partner get pre-settled status through my child so that he wouldn't be restricted?

Thank you for your enquiry. Your partner can apply for pre-settled status if you have been cohabiting for a specified time or if you are married. Your child can apply for pre-settled status and we can also explore the (near future) options you may have to register the child for British Citizenship.
