Hello,i Have Been Refused For Pr As Family Member Of Eea National The Basis That My Wife Did Not
Hello,I have been refused for PR as a family member of an EEA national on the basis that my wife did not have CSI though 'she could rely on my salary', letter reads. I have been given notice for voluntary deportation. We then took a CSI right away and applied for Resident Car instead. Conformation letter for my status is pending. Was it a wrong decision??Thanks

Thank you for your question.
it may be that you will have to appeal the refusal. In most cases it is a requirement for those exercising their Treaty rights as a self sufficient person to have comprehensive sickness insurance. Please make an appointment with one of our solicitors who can talk you through your appeal rights (if there are any grounds to make an appeal).
