Hello,My girlfriend was recently denied for an FLRM visa and has entered the appeal process. She has valid Tier 4 student visa until January 30th 2016. We know she has the right to remain past the expiration of her Tier 4 visa whilst in the appeal process but we were wondering if she has the right to work as the appeal will undoubtedly extend well beyond January 30th.Any help would be much appreciated and if helpful we would be interested in discussing our case further.
