Hi, I have a registered long-term lease of a flat in Bayswater alongside a share of the freehold. I sit on the freehold board along with other lessees. They wish to save money by not performing the lessee's maintenance obligations in pursuance of which they have just given three months notice to the existing respected property managers. Are they required to appoint a new property manager? If they fail to appoint a property manager can you/I make an application For a court order appointing continuation of the existing manager and compliance with obligations? Who handles such an application and to what Tribunal or Court Is the application made and heard? Thank you, Andrew
