Hi, I joined my Dad in italy who holds Italian passport (Italian National)We stayed together in italy for 2 years then we moved to UK. We applied for pre settlement which is 5 years and we have been in the uk for 2 years now.I want to know if I would still need his documents to apply for the permanent residence in the UK when the 5 years is dueAnd my sister also joined us in UK from Ghana last 4 months and has now applied for the residence permit Will we still need our father's documents to renew our permit when it expires?
