Hi, Previous Solicitor Applied For Leave To Remain Under Human Rights Flro In 2012 And Was Refused
Hi, Previous Solicitor applied for Leave To Remain under Human Rights FLRO in 2012 and was refused with no right of appeal in 2013. Later claimed for judicial review and was refused first on paper in 2014 and on Oral Hearing in 2015. Please advise me about Legacy Case and what further steps can be taken in regards to my status.
