I am looking for someone to review and advise on my draft Defense Documents to a County Court Claim against my small LLP for “refusing to pay the invoices” by the company providing a rented Xerox printer. We feel the claim is not right due to failure of service/contractual performance, lack of transparency and misrepresentations. The Claim was served by Electronic Mail on the 21st January 2020 at 10am. Is this something you have capacity for with the right economics as the claim is under £3k?
