I Am Sponsored Student Tier Phone And Recently My Husband Got In Detention Which Getting Us Both
I am a sponsored student on tier phone and recently my husband got in detention which is getting us both worried that they would deport him as they told him that tomorrow he has an appointment with the home office and that he would be taken there for the interview from Morton Hall! We are not sure whether there is an interview for him or is that just being said for him to go and he would then end uo being deported which i can not allow that to happen because of this would put his life to risk and getting himself in danger, that’s totally unsafe for him! He was on an electronic visit visa and have overstayed his visa here in the U.K. and we really wanted an appeal for asylum or leave to remain considering his safety. Please let me know what is there to do,& should he accept going to london?

Public Answer
Dear madam,
Many thanks for your question.
As your partner does not currently have any leave to remain in the UK, he should make an application to try to regularise his stay. We would need to understand the reasons why your husband has been detained in order to advise you any further.
Please kindly contact us directly in order to discuss your matter further.
