I Have House Solely In My Name, I Pay All The Bills, Mortgage And Council Tax My Partner Has Lived
I have a house solely in my name, I pay all the bills, mortgage and council tax. My partner has lived with me for 10 years. He does not contribute towards the bills or mortgage but he did give me 30,000 towards the house when first bought. He also owns another property that he rents out. I have never received any financial benefit from that property. Does he have any rights to money or my house if I ask him to leave.
