My Husband And I Are The Verge Of Separating We Have 1 Year Old Son Hes Claiming That I Have Anger
My husband and I are on the verge of separating. We have a 1 year old son. He's claiming that I have anger issues and if I see a therapist he will try to make our relationship work. We've been arguing a lot but I am not depressed, nor do I have anger issues (I work and maintain solid friendships and family life). During previous arguments he's said that he wants full custody and he will only let me see my son when supervised if we divorce. Yet he's been more than happy for me to solely care for our son during mat leave (where I was still paying 50:50 for everything. I am tempted to agree to his terms and see a therapist as can't bear the thought of not seeing my son every day. Would seeing a therapist impact a custody battle if we did end up divorcing? Could he use it against me in future?
