To whom it may concern ,hi, I'm writing regarding the innovator visa in UK. I am a Hong Kong citizen.Currently I am running an online shop and I would like to think it is quite successful. I have a new business plan to cooperate my business with mobile application / website and have some new idea to create new and fun shopping experience for customer, not only a simple selling platform.I can fulfill the 50k investment fund criteria .Can you provide some advice and insight whether I can apply for the innovator visa or not ?It would be a great opportunity to expand my business to UK.Regards, Mia

Dear Mia
Thank you for your enquiry. You can apply for an Innovator visa but the first step is to prepare a business plan that can convince an endorsing body that your business idea is innovative, scalable and viable. Once your business plan is ready, feel free to contact the endorsing bodies (link below) to ask if they are taking applications at the moment and will consider your business plan.

Our firm can assist you once you have successfully acquired an endorsement from an endorsing body.
I hope that clarifies everything, but if you have any additional questions, please call us on 0203 959 9123 or email us: info@otssolicitors.co.uk
Thank you.
