We have Sole Rep who is designated as Manager and he is AO. We need to renew his Sole Rep permit. However, we have AVP & Director joined recently in UK for sales engagement. AVP work on Europe related sales and he is British citizen and Director also to do sales engagement like AVP and she into PBS dependent status. In this situation, can we extend the Sole Rep as he is authorized employee in UK by our management.
