What can I do if my landlord does not fix property repairs?

Hi, I had moved into a new build and within 2 months, huge damp and cracks from an external leak had damaged part of the property creating damp. I’ve reported it which is now nearly two years since, in writing, through the estate agent, via what’s video and pictures with the landlord and nothing has been done at all. There are other reported issues with the property that for over a year have not been fixed or sorted
