What options to I have to remain in the UK after graduation?

  • Posted on

I was on Tier 4 visa. After my grad I moved back to my home country i.e Pakistan. Now after 5 years I’m considering moving back to UK for work. Interested in knowing what Visa type I should be applying? Graduate Visa, High Potential Individual HPI or any other? Would also like to know how OTS can assist me in making my application stand out. Looking forward

Thank you for your enquiry.

The most-straightforward route may be to obtain a certificate of sponsorship from a company that holds a sponsorship licence. The company would need to apply for a defined CoS which would enable them to sponsor you for a defined period to work for them. We can assist with the sponsorship licence and the skilled worker visa when you have obtained your CoS. Unfortunately, based on the information you have provided, it is unlikely that you would qualify for a Graduate Visa as there has been a gap between finishing your course. The High Potential Route is also unlikely as you studied in the UK and the route is reserved for applicants who have studied at a top-tier university overseas which is restrictive.
