Reshmi has always known that she wanted to pursue a career in law since she was a little girl and has obtained work experience in law firms since the age of 16. Reshmi graduated from University of Reading and went on to pursue the start of her career by working full time in different law firms. Reshmi's work in the legal industry provided her with the inspiration and determination to succeed in her career.

Reshmi has worked in law firms in different parts of London, and has gained exposure in different areas of Law, including Immigration, Family and Landlord and Tenant matters. She has built up the passion for law and is preparing to study for the Solicitor Qualifying Exam and soon wishes to qualify as a solicitor.

Reshmi is fluent in Bengali and has a good understanding of Urdu. This allows her to communicate well with international clients. Outside of work, Reshmi enjoys travelling and loves to try out new restaurants with her friends.
