We used OTS to aid us in our spouse visa application after previously being rejected doing it on our own. Sanae was the solicitor handling our case and she made this process easy from start to finish. She was very communicative and explained what would be required for a successful application and then guided us every step of the way. After an initial delay due to the crisis in Ukraine, we are so happy to finally have our spouse visa approved. We couldn't be more grateful toward Sanae for her help and encouragement.
